Namja Town

Wow, this is a bit late, but I'm finally posting about it. A few weeks ago Jamie and I decided to head over to Namja town. You're probably wondering what the heck is Namja town. Namja town is located in Sunshine City building in Ikebukuro. It is a place with themed dining, including Gyoza Stadium, Ice Cream City and more. As well as Carnival style games, a haunted house and many more fun things you can do.

We basically went for the gyoza, and boy was it worth it. We had delicious cheese gyoza and crab gyoza and more cheese gyoza. My favorite was the meat sauce and cheese. I think I'll be eating that one again. It was a bit pricey, but lots of fun. The lines were a bit long, but the food was yummy. The atmosphere was great, it seemed like you were back in old Oedo time.

We wandered around the place and found Dessert Area where we had to stop and get from fondue. You had so many different types of chocolate to try. White chocolate, Green tea, strawberry, lemon, chocolate with our strawberries and marshmallows. I need one of these handy gadgets in my house. Yum!

Bought myself some pop-rock chocolate, we finally moved on (though we could have ate so much more sweets and cakes) and went to Ice Cream City. There was this store where you could buy any type of odd ice cream. I mean tons of weird flavors. Like Snake flavor, potato, double cheese, shark ice cream....I could go on. I didn't buy any, though I was tempted at times ^^;

Last we went through the haunted house, though it wasn't that scary, but I'm sure the kids have fun in it. There are random windows shaking all over the place and scary faces too. Nothing compares to the haunted house we have every year back home :D

It was a great day of eating way too much food, and I can't wait to go back!

Getting my ticket.
