Mata ne Nihon - See you again Japan

It's been a while since I last posted and a lot of things have happened. After the earthquake in Japan and the nuclear plants were deemed extremely dangerous, I had lots to think about. I had already been considering a new change with my life in Japan, and already given my notice at my current position that I was leaving the company, so after all that happen and my family and friends asking me to return home, I decided that returning would be the best for the moment. Since then I have been home for a little over a month, and busy searching for a career of my own, and you know how hard that is. I live a small town in Nova Scotia, and there are hardly any positions available. Of course I could always go to MacDonalds and all those other places, but I'm ready to start my career in life. During my time home I have had a lot of time to relax, my longest vacation in I don't know how many years. Spent a lot of time with my family, and enjoying the relaxing moments. But I'm getting a bit antsy now, I need something to do. So I'm hoping with the interview I just had, I will get the job...well if not, it's not the end of the world and I have a few options up my sleeve.

So I'm playing the waiting game, for just a email, call from potential employers who will give me the chance to make my experience. One thing I noticed about applying for positions was that they all want the experience...every since job they want 3 and more years experience. How are we supposed to do this without being given the opportunity to get that experience. There is a glitch here I tell ya. Oh well. Fingers are crossed, as well as anything else I can cross. I'm starting to look like a twisted pretzel here.

But until then, I spend my days job searching, driving around, going to lunch with friends and off to the gym pretty much 4-5 days a week. I hope to start writing more too. So just watch!! :)
