I tried a recipe I saw on a Japanese tv show. Ham and avocado cheese on rice. It was delicious at the first bite, but I may have put too much on the rice. It was too sweet after a while. So next time I need to make sure to put only a small scoop on it. I tried it on bread and made it a sandwich. I think I prefer the sandwich better.
Avocado

Salt
Pepper
Soy sauce
Olive oil
On top thin sliced ham
